Some times members come to moderators asking why they haven't received their prize yet although they won the contest and the winners were already announced a week ago (or even more).
This can happen due to several reasons but first, before you complain, make sure you check these:
1. Check the prize distribution schedule. You can find the complete schedule here:

2. Check the trading account that you attached before. There are members who got his/her trading account MC-ed and then they change detach the old trading account and attach a new trading account on their forum profile. This might cause a misunderstanding because some times before you even change the trading account the prize was already credited there. So please check your old trading account first because the prize might already be there.
3. If the prize is not credited in your old trading account then please re-check the contest winner's list. There are times when we change the winner's list due to investigation. So maybe after the investigation your name is taken out from the winner's list and you are no longer declared as a winner for that contest.
4. If there is really nothing wrong then you can proceed to visit this thread:

5. If the final answer is you need to contact InstaForex Antifraud Department then you must do this quickly. Their email is:
antifraud@mail.instaforex.com
Appeal to your case politely and provide any necessary documents if they ask you to.
