Finding your thread is very easy. All you need to do is to follow the steps below:
1. Go to your profile page by clicking your username

2. Click "Find all started threads". You will find all of the thread that you started in there.

If you can find your thread in there then it means your thread is only moved from one section of the forum to another. However, if you can't find your thread in there then it means your thread was deleted.
What if you are just a member who post in a discussion/thread or just following a discussion in a thread and the thread is missing? Simply follow the 2 steps described above but instead of clicking "Find all started threads"

you click the "Find all posts" and then find the thread title

If you can't find the thread title then it means the thread was deleted.
There is another way that is easier (you don't have to browse your post trying to find the thread title anymore) and what you have to do is just subscribe to a thread by following the simple steps below:
1. Go to "Settings"

2. Click "General Settings"

3. Subscribe to every thread that you post by clicking the "Default Thread Subscription Mode" and then choose the "Through my control panel only"

After following the 3 steps above you will automatically subscribe to every thread where you post. So next time when you want to find the thread that you subscribe you just go to "Settings" and then go to "List subscriptions"

and you'll see something like below

If you don't find the thread where you make a post it simply means that the thread was deleted.
