have any problem in my account??

I show week 10 bonus have update but I can't get any bonus in 10 week but I have regularly post on my journal and my most of the post makes highlights everyday but I not get any bonus. So i want know have any problem in my account?? If have some problem so please solve this and give my bonus. I know mt5 administrations always try to provide good service about bonus issues. So hope I will got my bonus very quickly. Please help me to get my weekly bonus.
