how to take mt4 image from android phone ?

Actually now i am having busy schedule and for that i want to post from my android but side by side i want to upload images also from my android but i am not so expert with mobile .

I know the method by laptop or desktop as with the graph here save option is coming but in android mobile that option not showing .

Any people if can help in this matter because here me seeing many members are posting images from their mobiles .
