pehli baat hai k ek achay trader ko yaha pay kabhi b loss nahi hota hai agar kisi ko hota hai to wo is ko b recover kar leta hai aur agar aap ko lage k aap ko lagatar loss ho raha hai to aap ko trade chor kar practice karni chahyye.

take break se koi faida nahi hain sir yaha sub ko hi loss hota hain or agar aap apni mistake ko ignor karty rahy gaye tu apko loss hoga tabi achi k log usko ignor karny se acha usay learn karay or loss se bajay isi tarha wo achay trader b ban sakty hain.

Dear you are very right if you take a loss after loss then take a break from forex and solved the reason of loss and want to know why this happen with you from senior traders in the forex. learn from your own mistake and take a guidance from senior one to make the start again. Agree with you when you will just get always loss on this time you need to take a break and after break hopes you will can make some things with your fresh mind ! Mind makes us bad in our trading life so try to leave from emotion.
