what you do to control your emotions during trade?

forex trading kerte waqt hamme apne emotions ko control kerna chahiye kyun ke jab hum emotions ko control ker ke trade karenge to hamme zyada se zyada profit hoga agar ham emotions ko control karenge to kam se kam loss hoga or achi earning hogi.

well i do control my emotions so that i can not get lost. that is very necessary for the traders to control their emotions otherwise they would not earn the money and only reran the loss. so i do control the emotions by just concentrating the bright side of the view.
