it is not a good Idea because forex is not am easy business so that everyone can learn it.make sure that only 5% trader are success in the forex market .most of trader are fail and a looser allows say that forex is a bad business.So we should not force any one to learn it but he can learn

Greed and loss are proportional, if you fail to control your greed you will loss your money in that market, so why every trader have to control their greed and they have to trade with proper knowledge and experiences, only then he can make profit from that market, Forex is a tough business so trade here very carefully .
