Dear i do not have to much knowledge about the back to back loans but i think it is the loans of difference currency which are contracted among different countries to make their forex trading working and after this they back their loans and in this way forex is running.

Jee dear its a helpful thread and usually countries use this method to minimize their risk of loss in thr financial market so therefore these countries exchange their currencies in terms of loan. And these will implement when the first loan is completed then can take the other loan as well
