I am trading for many years and I think both the tools Stop Loss and Take profit are very useful for the forex trader to keep it in control of the profit and loss in a certain amount and this is can be keep our capital safe.

I think, close the computer when lost, and closed the computer when the target has been reached. Then, I also feel if you are able to play by following what is happening in the market, the more trading there is direction and purpose to the op and exit at the appropriate points..

Maximum trader do not use stop loss, even some trader do not use take profit also. It can be cause of big losses of money. I think need to set a standard profit loss ration before start trading and need to set the stop loss and take profit on depend of the loss ratio. Such as if you want to take 10% risk then your stop loss would be 20 to 30 pips.
