confidence vs experience?

Both confidence and experience are very much important for a trader, if you want to start trading then you should have to work with proper confidence and you should have to gain experinece either through demo account trading or real account trading.

my view about this is ...the first thing is to get experience and when you have got experience then you get confidence and if you are over confident then this thing is very bad in every field of life ...i would suggest that taking dicisions with experience is far better than with confidence
