My diar freind stress apko kisi b kam ko bhtr krny me problem create krti hai. business me stress ka hona dangerous hai. stress ki wja se ham achi trade nae kr paty. stress ko apny ap se door rkhny k lye apko apny mind ko fresh krna hoga. like go for picnic, listen ur fav. songs, go for walk daily, exercise, and sbse asan or beneficial perform Namaz etc...
