Dear bro merey khayal say ap is main apni posting ko ddekh sakty hain ap is main apni profil main ja k apni posting ko dekh sakty hain or ap ko pta lag sakta hai is say k ap ki kitni post ho gai hai

its gud dat u dont stick to a monitor screen for work. i spend around 10 hrs a day in front of the screen (for my work entertainment as well as forex) and sometimes its realy stressfull so a break is a must

just make a little analysis at the higher time frames and then open position for longer time but it will be great if the trader should take a rest before they get into this business to open position and put the order...need good mind and fresh mind for it, and because if the trader trade with tire, they will loss their concentration

yes i accept it.it is better to avoid trading when you are tiered.because in forex trading we cannot do anything without concentration.from my view one needs a fresh mind set and fresh body for a successful trade.

Yes dear you can see the posting in the Pakistan forex forum in your profile option. but you can see that can you get the bonus on that posting or not. Here is not way to check it . You cannot make the check that posting approved or not . You can only be check it is working
