I have learned that my thoughts really influence my outlook on life. Depressing thoughts lead to depression. Positive thoughts lead to feelings of self worth, accomplishments, and satisfaction in my life. I am in control of how I perceive my life. Changing my thought processes will change my life. I also learned that when I obsess about negative things, I need to look at why I am choosing to do so.What am getting out of it?

I have come to learn that the only person you can truly trust it yourself. At the end of the day everyone is just human, and humans make mistakes. Humans break trust, and humans break promises. To put someone at a level that is unattainable by any human being is something you don't want to ever do. Trust is one of those. Trust people but know that they are not prone to mistakes. It helps.

Iv learned to always find happiness in yourself and through your faith. Not through other people or material things. Depending on someone else for your happiness is the easiest way to lose your sense of self and feeling of self worth. At the end of the day happiness is something you gain from meditating on it and relying on faith to get you through the tough times and good times instead of relying on other sources. You are your outlet to true happiness. Sometimes it takes a few mistakes to learn that, but that is ok!

I just wrote a question relating to the spirit of this very topic. I left a woman a couple years ago for my "future and career" but now that I've sacrificed and leveraged everything to have that career I wanted I think every day about what would have happened if I would have said "f*ck it" and stayed. Funny thing is, no lessons. I did what I thought I needed to do.Lessons are hard to find in true regret.

I've pretty much come to terms with the fact there are certain mistakes in life that I will continuously repeat, even though in the back of my head, I know that something's wrong (mostly referring to bad habits). Hopefully I'll get them right at some point. Very hopeful.

98% people loss their money because lacking of knowledge. If you have no proper knowledge about this business then you always fall in loss. Actually this business need highly knowledge and experience.

I wish I finished college right after high school, but I didn't. I partied, moved to San Fran with a dumb, abusive boyfriend and got a taste of what real life is like.

The litany of mistakes that I committed upon myself during that decade were both a hindrance and the best thing I ever did.

The mistakes were too numerous to count, but made me who I am today. I am eternally grateful for where I am in life, no thanks to the idiocy of youth.

The best take away was to learn from others mistakes. Just because I didn't live the mistake doesn't mean I can't learn from it. That would've saved me tons of trouble.

I think every mistake we make will give us a lesson, we are humans we make mistakes all the time and we are not perfect, but I do not regret any mistake I have done because I know I have learned something from it.

There is a difference between being honest and being transparent. I learned, unfortunately, that being transparent with many people about my struggles with depression frightened them. As a result, and when I needed support the most, many people abandoned me. I try to be honest, but guarded now. Also, people in general have great fears and misconceptions about mental illness and the ability to be able to be "normal" or "functioning" if you have any form of it.

One thing I've often learned from "mistakes" is that they often lead to results. And these results are usually answers that help you get closer to whatever it is you're trying to figure out. So any mistake is a welcome one for me. Of course, that's AFTER I've "come out" of the mistake. The trick is appreciating whatever mistake it is you're making, while you're making it.

The only mistakes I learn from are the little, everyday ones. Anything bigger than that comes with too many variables. You might vow to never do that again but, when a similar situation comes around, both the you and the that are different enough to make the outcome uncertain.

every successful trader must learn from its mistakes so learn more and more until it becomes a professional, but you have to initially be at a high degree of flexibility.
