yess confidence is good for professional life but overconfidence destory your professional life and also destory your success so plz don't be oversmart show confidence but not over confidence....

i think that when confidence gives way to overconfidence, it transforms from an asset to a liability. By believing in himself to the point where a worker thinks he can't fail under any circumstances, it becomes a problem

and that problem doesn't only affect the person in trading. It can have a ripple effect that spreads through the entire forex trading and this leads to a vicious cycle where forex trading can suffer until management is forced to take action.

there is a thing that overconfident people don't believe they can fail. Even when presented with evidence that their methods are detrimental to productivity, they'll find someone else to blame. Unless something is done to quell this behavior, efficiency will continue to suffer until action is taken.
