what to do after loss

Well if i get an unfortunate loss in the Forex trading than if the loss is big than i stop my trading for a few days and when i could get my emotions normal than i start trading again but after a small loss in trade normally i dont get disappointed and start with a new strength

after every loss i take some rest ..... and relax than I made a plan ..... and new strategy for my next trade..... I try to make a good profit to recover my previous loss .....

Well i think profit and loss is the part of business and as forex is a risky on line business if there chances of failure so there are chances of profit also i show that the who get decease in forex trading they should not be disappointed they should try again until they succeed their content..

forex trade for a few days only so i want to know those who have faced an unfortunate loss in their trade that what do they usually do after that, just become disappointed and quit the trade or start with a new strength.
