I think after the loss is definitely emotion should stop trading for a moment it was to control ourselves so that sadness does not go on and it will be so nice to help us bounce back in trading and it would be very nice. and all it took was patient and always process will be very good indeed.

Koshish krte rehna, In Shaa Allah ap zaror kamyab ho ge..yes nice thread i get unfortunately loss from forex trade and i don't think about that the prices are gone much more so i take both order it's means i get order sell an buy on gold and i get more loss from gold the price are gone up and up so i get buy profit and sell loss.so i think i recover it then when the prices are gose down more and the i stop one ored and take reco:)ver.

Forex mein apko agr trade karnah ai to ap ism ein ziada trade karna hota hai aur agr apko is mein expereicne gainkarna hai aur loss sya bachan hai to apko is mein ziada practice karni hogi
