Majority of beginners entering this business lose their money initially and this is because they ignore the fact that Forex is risky and good knowledge is required to earn money in this business.Beginners are actually more prone to losses because they lack experience.

Thus beginners should be more careful and should not start Forex trading with real money unless they have spend time with demo trading. 2-3 weeks of demo trading is essential before starting real trading this gives them opportunity to know the Forex markets well. Also a trader should learn about money management and risk control before trading with real money.
