best time for trading?

i saw many traders who telling questions about opening trades on which time ? which time is right and which is wrong ?but i think every person have it's own schedule and time of opening trades varies from person to person.

my analysis is that trading from 2 pm to 9pm is best time to trade because market like European, american and British market opens that time and it's easy to understand market


but forex trading is such business in which there is no restriction of time and it's flexible we all know .. so share your experience sug???
