As per my experience we need to graqdually increase the time frame to higher side in order to get a better situation and patience in our trading practice. The high time frame shows that thetrader is more patience and is going to hold for long and will resist in putting order at very quick intervals.

i just want to share a point which is result of my experience that use small lot size in trading first if you understand forex market with your own point view then that depend on you that which lot size you should use in trading then my friend and that is well idea for a trader my friend
