It is not good for some one to be losing in this market that is why any time that you are trading you must try to be very focus so that you will grow from one level to the other and that is the sure way to make good gain at all times

As for as my opinion we should learn form our mistakes . i also face a 500 $ loss in market bust still here and learning about market. we should do demo practice first to gain knowledge and than trade on real account.
