Dear i am agree with you, confidence is very good in any types of trading or business but when it turns into over confidence, it is very bad for trading and it is invite greed in Forex trading. A good strategy can control over confidence and emotion.

Of course over confidence invite the greed all the time so we should avoid the over confidence to get the profit, some time we got great profit but after some time we fail due to our own over confidence and greed is also include in over confidence to fail the trade in forex.

Yes over confidence invite greed because forex is all time movement business .when we know forex spreed is on side when we do big volume trade catch when we less ours money account balance and then we are poor traders .

As we knew that when trader are over confident then he completely neglect learning and strategy.He just follow their over confidence and open use less trade and that are dangerous for live account.We need confidence in our learning but when we thinks that we understand market behavior now then we are failed in Forex because when we are using our ideas to open trade and in last our overconfidence wash our account.
