In my point of view both the things are profitable if you go for a long term then there is a chance of making huge profit but it may take more time but if you go with short term trading then you can make profit daily and in less period of time , its depend upon you what you choose short term or long term as in forex trading both are profitable , all you need is use your strategy.

Yes a short term trade is suitable for those traders who have small or less capital. So they can make small term trade for less profit but if a trader has good baaaalance in his trading account than he should have to make the long term trade for more benefits and more profit
