problem to install platform

anybody please help me..i try to install insta trader trading platform in my computer..Installation is succeed.But after sometimes, i get the the problem that is the software is crash with my laptop system..My laptop using OS: WINDOW 7..Anybody can help me or have same problem?? Please help me
