PROBLEM TO INSTALL platform

anybody please help me..i try to install insta trader trading platform in my computer..Installation is succeed.But after sometimes, i get the the problem that is the software is crash with my laptop system..My laptop using OS: WINDOW 7..Anybody can help me or have same problem?? Please help me

Dear, you are say the right that some time we are face the problem. But you can refresh your window PR update. Then you again install and I hope that you can install and you can perform it.
