i think loss and profit makes bussiness and forex is an very good bussiness and they have much profit and loss so i think we never be disheart about our loss because its an part of bussiness and we always hope that one day forex give us much money at last,

I will be very sad when i face loss in forex market and i think we all become sad and upset but after that we must have to switch on to demo account for some months to understand the reason of our loss and gaining the confidence level which helps us in earning much money in forex market.

Well its obvious thing that whenever we facing loss so are feeling much depressed and in tension, but i think if we constantly taking tension so we can not recover our lossing money, so always focus on our target and wait for the right time. and control our emotions as well.

when I loss I try to feel relax and try to make ourself for next trading because loss is not west your time and money because loss teaches us good lesson, and we can gain more knowledge for next time, and we can earn lots of money for a next time.
