I always trade with put up a stop loss. because it helps me to avoid loss. It is a so good option in mete trader platform. if any trader use this option in trade he never loss in trade.

in my opinion that Stop loss and Take profit is a good option for a forex trader. we can limit our profit to use it. we will earn a small profit from here but it is safe for us, so I always put a stop loss and take profit price in my trade.
