discipline is only another form of unwritten rules, so when you have rules in your trading and you don't have any discipline on it, it's just like you only write the rules but hang in on the wall and just leave it. Doing a discipline mean you're applying those rules. So it's one whole package, that you can't seperated between rules and discipline.
