What is difference between Demo account and live account?

in real account consistent profit we can get it only if we are able to discipline in our trading rules, as well mm, risk management, and systems and the analysis that we use is already included in our trading rules , sometimes fatal mistake that we often do is hope to get consistent profit, but not consequent to the rules that we have made.

Mind to share your experience here, what the difference between Live and Demo account others that Live account we are trading using real money to place a trade where demo account we are using "fake". What i am tring to ask,is there any disadvantages when testing a EA using Demo account? Any information we may not get using the Demo account?
