Relax while trading in forex.!

it is a hard thing to achieve but the Great thing indeed ... Then i believe that if you trade long term trades then it will be easier for you to be relaxed than just staying in the front of your system and watching those funny candles moving different directions both against your position and for your position. I mean that is when you start feeling like ha it is going to take my stop loss, then you shift your stop loss and you start misbehaving and so on.

yeah I agree with you that first we should get proper information about forex than we should start trading in forex, low leverage is always good if you want to earn more profit and if you want to avoid loss, we should not relax during trade.

Yes it is very important for us and our health and we should try to do the trading for fun and not for a fatigue and most of the traders get very serious and in doing so they just some times leave the families and the friends and they just sit in front of the computer screen so i think we must try to reduce the screen time and try to concentrate on the quality of trading time rather then the quantity of the trading time.......

Not Relax while trading in forex trading i think about forex trading first you have full traning for forex trading then you make attention market moments full analyses then you have big amount in your live account then you take a lot and low leverage then you have relax otherwise you not relax.

Relaxing mind is necessary for all the traders, untill unless traders never trade with relaxing mind they never earn money in this business, because we should to take decision on right time while trading in real account as well.
