I think it's all up to you.But personally i suggest to you small leverage like 1:100 or 1:200 and small is good for trading because that's way you can trade according to your money management and risk reward ratio.if you choice small leverage so you can't open emotionally big lot .And i don't think 1:00 kind of leverage provide any broker and i think 1:1 minimum leverage of instafx broke
