Money management boht he important factor hai forex trading ka jo hamare account ko loss se bachata hai kyunke traders k liye zaroori hai k wo apna account manage karen har trade se pehle take unka account loss se safe rahe.

Money management is the careful investment of money on each trade and is a tool to minimize risk chances:
1) Diversified investment: It is not necessary that a trade assures profit all the time,we might loose our whole investment in just a single transaction. To avoid such risk of loss we diversify our investment in different trades. If one transaction is giving us loss, Second one might give us profit. Which means some thing is better than nothing.
