10 percent profits vs more than

I am able to make at least 10% profits in this market consistently without any major risks with peaceful mind.
But some traders can make more than me but not consistently with taking risks and having tension and stress.
What is the best way ??? please share.

meray khyal sa ap ko rules klo follow karna chye aur target sa trader karni chye aur over trade aur greed sa avoid karna chye small profit ap ko zada earning aur confidence da sakta aur ap ko acha trader bana sakta

deAr mere khayal se 10 % daily ka agar ap ko profit ho to ye enough ha is ae ap monthaly 200% means apni invest ka double kama sakte hen.
