To my mind, small (or less amount as my friend called it) investment may earn us small profit therefore, yes, it could be a hurdle initially but only in receiving back hefty profit/revenue friends. However, playing small is playing safe in Forex so there is no harm rather it may be ideally a good thing to take a shorter start with small equity...instead of putting in huge capital...time will come that this small investment will pile up one day.
