self learning or forex training, which one would be best?

I need simple help from you. I have learned forex from one of my online friend, But at the first time I got some profit but after that I have to fight for the profit. It is about 1 years ago. Later I learn from different websites those who are providing information on forex. What do you think will it a good for trader if he start forex trading by learning himself or he will do forex trading if he takes training for forex training institute?

Forex is a good job. Trading in demo account can make me very experienced and have a good vision to the future but for me is to trying in cent account is very good also because when we make a profit that will be a real profit not a virtual profit like in demo account.
