How do you feel after getting heavy loss

When i get huge loss in my trading thereafter i never watch market on that day and spend time with watch television or going journey to outstation. Because i need energy,stress free and tension less mind for forecasting future trade. Share your experience with me.....

I feel exactly like anyone else would feel. Horrible!! One feels really bad after incurring a loss however for future trade one needs to relax and calm down. In this case I like spending time at home with my family or go out with friends. This takes away my stress and tension.

When i get loss then i do close all of my work and go for outing with my friend, Because when you get Heavy loss then you have a pressure to achieved the loss amount and that is the mistake for again loss, so it is better to take relaxation for your mental and then come back and start your trade again inshallah you will take profit.

jab mughai koi loss hota hai to sirf is cheez ka dukh hota hai ke ab mughai agle month tak wait kerna pare ga bus or kisi cheez ka dukh ni hota ku k loss and profit is the part of the business.
