what is the meaning of leverage

In Forex business leverage is a ratio of profit or loss. If you have $10 and your broker offers you 1:100 leverage then you can use $1000. But you can not see it in your profile. On the other hand high leverage ratio means high risk. And high risk means high profit or high loss. So be careful of leverage.

Leverages are very helpful for traders in the forex market, there are a lot of people join this market because this market have leverages. They can make much profit without investing big capital with high leverages. But they can lost all capital fast too.

forex trade, tat is stop loss or take profit. everything has a limit it can be profit or loss . stop loss and take profit gives a good decision also save our valuable time.

I think leverage mean earn the profit is the max & loss is the max. But i think we are select the leverage is the max . When we are open the trade then we are select the lot size is as per our investment then we are save the big loss & our profit is good in our hand.
