Always low leverage is better then high leverage because in primary stage you have to learn about Forex accurately.If you take any risk in primary stage then you will lose all capital with in a short time.I think low leverage is always good for Forex trading because by taking low leverage you didn't have any risk to lose.

I think low leverage is good for beginner. It is because newbies do not have enough knowledge and experience to deal with the market at the first point. Although high leverage is very risky but profitable and allows more trade to open provided by broker. You can also use high leverage with risk and money management to control your emotion and avoid margin calls.

i use the leverage 1:600 I think it's good but I can not recommend what you should use you because it's about how we had money and your method of trading and profit you combient you want and how you can resist if you lose
