How to control greed & fear during trading.

dear forex main trading karty wakat fear and greed ko control karna buhat zarori hai. is k liye zarori hai k hum apny uper confidence rakhain aur mind main ye rakhain k forex aik business hai is main profit and loss sath sath chalta hai and mind ko fresh rakhain.

agar forex mein successful hona chatay hain tu mein yehi kaho ga es mein greedy na karay ap loose mein chalay jae gae aur es mein experienc k sath work karay agar ap successful hona chatay hain

I have heard that fear and greed are enemy of good trading. But there are lot of reason for getting fear and greed will come naturally to see the profit, As i am beginner would somebody suggest me how to control those think/
