when i lose a trade. then what is my next step to do?

Agar dosto mara kisi trade main loss hojata ha to mara next step ya hona chheya kay main ya jano ka mara loss kis wajha say hoa or us mistakes ko mjhay kasay cover karna ha. or pher jmjhay apney trade main kabi is mistakes ko nhe dohrana ha.

Agar jab kabhi ap apni aik trade ki wajha se koi trade me loss uthaty hen to ap kp is me behter hikmate amali ikhteyar kerni chahiye ta k pichli martaba ap ko jis wajha se nuqsan hoa tha ainda ap ko is me ziada loss na ho is liye behter hikmate amali or behter planning se kaam kren

my dear you have to take rest and relax your mind after facing the huge lose.. because when you face lose you will become emotional and then you make mistake and make another wrong decision or make wrong trade and you may face lose again.. after lose you have to relax your mind..
