the forex trading does not require that you should have to look the market 24 hr in the day it is not the requirement of the forex and the forex does not require ,you just make the plan for the trading just 4 to 6 hr

Exactly eye sight is a big problem fr those who do a lot of work on computer we should take care of ourself.We should try to save our eyes from computer and do not give time more than our capability.And should give relaxation to oyr eyes..

yes its a great argument about eyes and i think it is true that our eye become weaker for doing this job:(
