Trailing stop. How many pips will you set?

Hi all, I used to set the tailing stop pips to between 20 to 30, but it always got reached by the back adjustment, how many points do you guys think suite to set this? may be 40 points is more reasonable ?

well number of pip you set in your trailing stop loss all depend on the type of trader that you are, forex day time trader, i strongly advice that you trail you stop loss with 10 pip while for a long term trader you can trail above 10 pips that is my opionion

darasal mein ney kabhe bhe stop loss set nahee kiya aur eski wajah yeah hai ke mein apne trading volume ko apne balance ko dekh ker set kertee hoon aur es tarah mujhe loss ke chans kam hote hain t mujhe zaroorat nahee pertee sl ki esliye mujhe eska koi idea nahee hai
