why some of them complain about forex trading?

Maybe because they don't have enough knowledge or they lost their money on Forex market. Losing is very frustrating and i also agree but Forex is not about losing money. If you treat it like a pro than profit is for sure. i myself earned a lot of profit from the market and still earning profit. So please dont be frustrated if you are losing because losing will not be a permanent thing if you actually know what you are doing. So chill and earn.

They probably get frustrated when they jump in expecting to earn a lot without taking the time to learn first. Then they only see loss and don't see the potential over time.
