Losing trades are bad and upsetting. This is nothing new. Sadly its true and it happens all the time. In our Forex career losing trades and learning from them is a big step which is necessary for sure. So don't get upset if you see that the trade is going against you. Keep calm and accept the losing and than close the trade. Take a deep breath and try to search more opportunities to trade. Just control your emotions.
