Hard work is very important but the hard work should be done in the right path. If you work hard in the wrong direction than its not worthy. Its like you are trying to lift a building by your own hand. If you use a crane you can easily lift a building. So focus and work hard on the path that will bring success.

I would suggest a combination of both. You will have to study the market nicely in a slow pace initially till you get a hang over it and for the study hard work is required.

Ji han success hasil karne k liye mehnat bht zarori hai aur us k sath sath right way select karna bhi zarori hai.....agar hum sahi direction main hard work karinge tu hum juldi success ki taraf jynge....

hard work is the key of success.the more you work hard the more you earn .........but always move towrads your path in a slow manner never run fast never become over excited which cause some dangerous reusult.
