how to read news and trade on it ?

I have this question from long time how to trade in forex by reading or watching the news i'm from long time trying to learn this but no body help me about that i need some on to explain for me .

news ka impact dekhnaa hotaa hai k is K anay par market main usualy kya impact partaa hai agar impact high ho Tou Market main high movement hoti hai agar low impact ho Tou low Movement hoti hai or agar news ka impact none ho tou us ka market par koi asar nahin Partaa
