Resistance level and support levels are upper and lower levels respectively. When there is a strong bullish trend in the market with the result that rates are rising and rising then the sellers come in and try to stop the trend. If they are successful then the prices stop rising and bearish trend prevails.Here we say that the resistance level has reached.. Support level is exactly the same but in the reverse direction.
