trading demands you to be patient. if you will be impatient and expect to make a profit a big profit in a very short time then that won't work. you have to be patient while taking decisions you have to be calm and patient if you face a loss in this business. you can surely make yourself better by learning from your mistakes.

yes. practice bhut ziada important hai kyun k forex mein jab hum practice karta hain aik tu humara experience increase hota hai aur dosra hum iss business mein apni mistakes ko bhi theak kar skta hain aur per hum ko trading k jo best way hain un k bara mein bhi pata chalta hai iss liya practice bhut matter karti hai.
