Yes brother you are right during the trading we should take some rest also to make our brain fresh and keep the new plan making in the forex trading market. Rest is best to make the Mind cool and fresh. With the new energy in the forex trading after having we can make the better and fresh plan and have a good profit. If you cannot make any rest and make the trade after trade in the forex than may be we are not able to make the good calculation and loss our money in any trade.
