i didn't think it will give me any problem to my heart.you can say that it can little bit stress on mind, at time when you are doing trading.all is depend on your trading style.like if you are scalper then you are sitting all day by doing trading it will little bit bad to your health,but if you are a swing or day trader than you it didn't harm your health as you just spend one or two hours to analyze the market and then do a single trade with tp and sl.
