I saw many articles, some say work and some say dun work. Imo, it dun work in this current era becos of smart money and insider would keep trading and the markets wont have nice uptrend.

Nope it does not ! Remember it is forex not stocks. In stocks you have to buy in the most possible cheaper price but it is not applicable for forex. You have to analyse two currency here to make profitable trades.
